Whole-Home Remodeling on Seattle’s Eastside
Some homes need more than one room updated. A whole-home remodel lets you fix the layout, upgrade systems and bring every room to the same standard at once, often for less than doing it piece by piece over several years. Pure Construction plans and manages the entire project, bringing in our preferred architects and engineers when the work calls for them.

Our process
Walkthrough and priorities. We walk the whole house with you and sort out what has to change, what would be nice, and the budget.
Design, architecture and engineering as the project needs.
Phased schedule. We plan the sequence so trades aren’t waiting on each other and the job keeps moving.
Permits and inspections.
Construction, with regular updates from start to finish.
Final walkthrough. We don’t call it done until you do.
How long does a whole-home remodel take?
Most whole-home remodels take three to six months of construction. Projects with major structural changes can take longer. You’ll get a phase-by-phase timeline before we start.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to move out?
For a full interior remodel, usually yes, for at least part of the project. We’ll tell you up front so you can plan.
Is it cheaper to remodel everything at once?
Often, yes. Doing the work in one project avoids paying to open walls, set up and finish twice.
Can you help us decide which updates add the most value?
Yes. Berkeley also leads a real estate team, so he can advise on which updates matter most if you’re planning to sell or simply want to protect your home’s value.
