About The Founder

Meet Berkeley Lipetz, Founder of Pure Construction

I grew up on job sites. Working for my father’s construction company taught me how a well-run job actually runs: the order things happen in, how to keep the trades coordinated, and why the details nobody sees matter most. I couldn’t fully appreciate those lessons at the time, but they shape every project I take on today.

Pure Construction is a licensed residential general contractor (WA License PURECC*749DZ) remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and whole homes in Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah, Fall City and across Seattle’s Eastside.

How I run a job

  • You talk to me. I’m your point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.

  • Clear communication. You’ll know the scope, the schedule and what’s happening on your job.

  • Attention to detail. The finish work matters, and so does everything behind it.

  • I listen first. Your project should fit how you actually live.

  • Trusted partners. When walls need to move, I bring in our preferred architects and engineers.

A builder who understands value

I also lead the Berkeley Lipetz Group, my own real estate team at Compass, so I think about how a remodel affects your home’s value, not just how it looks on day one. My goal is for every client to be happy enough to send their friends and neighbors our way.
