Bathroom Remodeling in Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue & Issaquah

From a primary-suite overhaul to a hall bath refresh, a bathroom remodel is mostly about what happens behind the tile. Waterproofing, slope, venting and plumbing decide whether a shower lasts five years or thirty. Pure Construction builds bathrooms from the studs out, with the details done right before the finishes go on.

Our process

  1. Walkthrough. We visit your home, look at the space and plumbing, and talk through your goals and budget.

  2. Design and selections. Tile, fixtures, vanity and lighting.

  3. Scope, schedule and permits. You get a written scope and timeline before work starts, and we handle permits when the work requires them.

  4. Demo and rough-in. Plumbing and electrical are moved or upgraded as needed.

  5. Waterproofing. The most important step in any bathroom, done before a single tile goes up.

  6. Tile, fixtures and finish work. Then a final walkthrough together. We don’t call it done until you do.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

A facelift that keeps the existing layout often takes two to three weeks. A full stud-down bathroom typically takes four to eight weeks of construction, depending on tile work and fixture lead times. You’ll get a timeline for your project before we start.

Frequently asked questions

Is a curbless shower possible in my bathroom?
Often, yes. It may mean lowering part of the subfloor so the shower drains properly. We’ll check during the walkthrough.

Can we live at home during the remodel?
Yes. If it’s your only bathroom, we’ll plan the schedule around that.

Do you help with design?
Yes. We’ll help you choose a layout, tile and fixtures that fit your home and budget.
